Perfect spot for families
This place was awesome for our family! Had a full apartment feel, which made life way easier with a toddler. They had a pack n' play all set up when we got there. Plus, the view was neat! Only wished the laundry was more accessible, but check-in and check-out were super smooth. Really nice dining options nearby too!

The balcony apartment upgrade was fantastic with a stunning view. The thoughtful inclusions like new cooking supplies and ample storage made my stay very comfortable.
The square footage felt a bit limited for long stays.

The Deluxe Queen Studio featured a spacious layout with virtual front desk access, making check-in seamless. The location offered proximity to the Magnificent Mile, just a few blocks away, providing easy access to various shops and eateries.
Check-in and check-out times were strictly enforced, causing some hassle. The bathroom contained outdated fixtures, and I noticed a slight mildew smell. while the furniture appeared high-end, it was lightweight and felt less durable. Despite the presence of bag storage, the limited availability of staff to assist was not clearly communicated on their website.
